CT Call for Trixie Scraps!

Trixie Scraps is having a CT Call to fill some job openings on her team! She only has one big call like this per year, so make sure you send your application in! After you check the job posting board, and find a position you are interested in, please send your full name, your forum username(s), a link to your best gallery, and a note telling Trixie why you'd like to be on her team to ctcalls@trixiescraps.com no later than July 30th. All applicants will receive a confirmation of their application upon receipt. A final decision note will be emailed to all applicants no later than August 5th.

Trixie is looking for layout artists and guests, a quickpage artist, a hybrid artist, and a team of special agents (praisers). Requirements are listed above in the ad. Thanks so much for applying for our team - I can't wait to see who will become the next Scrap Star!

Trixie Scraps is looking to hire 2 or 3 hybrid artists for her team!
Paid position - You receive 50% of all hybrid collaboration sales!!

Minimum requirements:
Two salable products per month
Plus one hybrid project/tutorial for our team blog each month

Experience not necessary, but preferred. Must be willing and able to produce a variety of different hybrid projects, from printables to home decor and more.

To apply, please email ctcalls@trixiescraps.com. Please include your name, a little bio about you, your forum username, current CT positions, applicable experience (if any), and a link to your best online gallery. Wow! I can't believe how long it's been since I posted here. We have been so busy lately, and my blog has been a little neglected. But, that doesn't mean I haven't been scrapping! My daughter got this cute little tea set for Christmas, and tea parties are a favorite activity at our house! So when I saw Ellie's latest kit Tea Time, of course I had to play!!! In the process, I realized how few pictures I have of our tea parties though! I've really got to start taking more pictures! Anyways...here are 2 layouts I did this weekend using this adorable kit!

I've haven't done to well posting this month! We've been on the road a lot the last couple of weeks, and it seems it's always harder to get motivated to post while I'm away from home! Sugarplum Paperie just released this gorgeous kit today--Strawberry Cafe (Revised). This has to be one of my favorite kits (for the moment!)...I just LOVE these colors, and how cute are those strawberries!So, here's my first layout--everything I used for this page is from Strawberry Cafe...

And here's my second one...almost everything is from Strawberry Cafe, but I also used these awesome photo masks...Grungy Masquerade by Jule Designs and the word art I used is by Gina Marie Huff, from The Happy Garden-WordArt

So, I mentioned a while back that I was a February guest for Sugarplum Paperie...well that guest spot turned into a permanent one! I am so excited, as Nicole is one of my very favorite designers!!! And being on her CT, I was lucky enough to get to play with this beautiful collab "In the Meadow " that she did with Studio mgl, who is a guest designer this month at TheDigichick!

And here is my 1st layout...I am sure there will be more to come soon!

Ellie has a fun new kit out this week -- Whimsy --and it's on sale thru the weekend!!! Lots of beautiful papers and some really adorable elements...

Some New Layouts

So, I just had to share a couple new layouts I've done this week...this first one is from my daughter's birthday -yes, I'm a little behind on my scrapbooking! :) I used Ellie's newest kit Birthday Joy...so cute - beautiful papers, and lots of fun (and yummy!) elements.

I also used a template by Jen Caputo, and the font I used for the date is by Fontologie.

And here's a preview of Ellie's new kit...it's on sale for $5 until Sunday! And she also has a cute coordinating freebie on her blog!

This is one of my son...jumping at a local mall - I was a little nervous about it, and thought he would be too, but he had no reservations at all...he absolutely loved it!

Everything I used for this layout is by Flergs...I just love her stuff - she has the best products for boy pages! :) These are the 2 kits I used... 6k74 and Rough & Tumble Reloaded

And I did one more using Tracy's Amethyst Sky mini kit...love the colors of this kit!
